The Apple TV isn't really a television. It is popular in schools use the iPads as learning tools. Its support for AirPlay makes it possible for teachers to show apps on their iPads to the entire class, and it allows learners to show their work to their peers right from their seat. Our school has eight iPad carts for our K-5 students to learn, create and share. We would like to add an apple TV with each cart so that students and teachers can quickly "airplay" their iPad screen for everyone in the classroom to see. This sharing can spark deep conversation and collaboration with students and teachers.
