Visual Poetry Page Views: 826
|
Students will listen to different poetry performances then write their own poems. The poem can be written in free verse or rhyme. After the poems are written, students will perform their poetry and record their voices on a podcast. They will take different pictures outside of school to go along with the poem they have written. Also they may film video to go along with the poem. The students are to choose visuals that will give the audience a picture of their words or emotions in the poem. Using a flashdrive will give the students a chance to save and carry their work from school to home. After this is done, the students will use a movie maker program to download their pictures, film, and voices to a video file. The students will then present their videos to others. |
