Podcasting for Parents

I will use podcasting to share important information with the families in my classroom. At the beginning of the school year, I will record information about my classroom, including classroom procedures, reading homework, lunchroom procedures, and the classroom schedule. I will also record information about the benchmark skills for the students to meet each nine weeks of kindergarten.

Podcasting can be used to share any information with the families in my classroom, however; I will always share the information through phone discussions and paper newsletters because I do realize that not all families have access to the Internet.

Podcasting is a great and easy method of sharing information with the families in our classrooms!!!
