Displaying our Community

Each child will have the opportunity to take pictures of places around our community to meet the social studies objective. The pictures will be used to provide them with a visual to help with writing about the place using descriptive language. The students will work together to group the pictures together by categories. They will then organize them to form an order. They will work with me to create a slideshow of their pictures with headings and the student's writing. The students will share the slideshow with their parents.
