Goal:
Take a song and create a short film that represents the beat of the song. Within the film students can use still images and/or mpeg video clips. Fast movies (or images that represent speed) for fast beats, slow moving movies (or images that represent slow speed)for slow beats.
Motivation:
Present self-made and/or professional movies with similar concepts. Within this project students have to use their imagination and be creative. It would be best for the teacher to create their own video examples and to demonstrate them to the students. Here the teacher would understand possible problems students may face, and provide solutions ahead of time.
