Field Trip across the Regions

Students will visit the 5 regions of the United States, by taking virtual field trips online. At each stop, they will make a slide for a power point presentation, which will be a year long project. For each vocabulary word throughout the journey, each student will be required to take a picture of something that represents that definition.
When the students reach the midwest region, they will take digital pictures of all of the vocabulary words and key features that represent the midwest to include in their power point presentations. These will then be burnt onto dvd's and the students have a virtual scrapbook to keep
