Visual Journal

Text and photographs contribute a different kind of language to make a whole picture. The text is reflective and metaphoric, while the photos capture revealing details about people's lives. This is a visual essay. Visual essays combine photographs or art with written text that addresses a general theme. For this aggignment, you will create a visual journal, which will consist of five different visual essays. The topics of your essays must include five of the six following topics:

1. A personal moment
2. A visual essay about your family
3. A visual essay about your friends
4. A visual essay about your goals
5. A visual essay about your ideal lifestyle
6. A visual essay about something that you want to include with your journal.

Each essay must be, at least, three paragaphs consisting of 5-7 sentences. An illustration or a picture that expresses the tone of your essays must accompany each essay. The illustration or the pictures must be of a digital format. All essays will be typed with a 12-point font and double-spaced. You cannot use script lettering.
