Why I need this:
My students need a listening center as a part of their literacy workstations. Our new reading series has encorporated a set of listening CDs so that students can enjoy the stories being read to them. Students will also learn about fluency by hearing the inflection from the voices reading these stories. Also, as a group, students can listen together and complete activities from books on CD. We currently have no way for a group of students to take advantage of the listening library in our classroom. |
