For 2020, Ford College Community Challenge is asking college students to develop creative community-building projects that address local needs, around the theme Making Lives Better by Building Sustainable Communities.
Up to 10 winning proposals will be selected to receive $25,000 each.
Winning student proposals must consider, in a unique way, a tangible, unmet community need, tied to one or more of the following categories: Mobility, Water, Social Enterprise, Safety Workforce Development and Community Need.
A signature program of Ford Fund, Ford College Community Challenge is a global grant competition that empowers college students to envision and lead transformational change in their communities.
Ford College Community Challenge advances innovative student-led projects that address a pressing local need around the theme of “building sustainable communities.” Winning teams receive funding from Ford Fund to implement their projects, often in partnership with organizations in their communities. |
