Learning Objectives:
Students will create a video presentation describing and showing important events and/or places of their lives (two events when they were babies, toddlers or early childhood; two events when they were children; two events when they were at Middle School; and two present events such as prom, a trip or applying for college).
Students will gather information about their lives.
Students will write a paragraph about every event they’ll present.
Student will review the uses of the preterit, imperfect and present indicative Spanish tenses.

Digital cameras
Flip videos
Internet
Family photos
Computers
Clickers
Movie Maker program

Lesson Outline:


Students will.

1.Be introduced to the project.
2.Collect and bring important memorabilia of their lives.
3.Write a fragment about each photo or place they will present.
4.Film their project using cameras.
a) Work editing their work. Students will work in the current unit (Review of Preterit and Imperfect).
5.Put together their project.
6.Final review
7.Students will present project in Spanish using preterit, imperfect and present indicative Spanish tenses.
8.Class will vote about the better project using clickers. Students also, will provide positive comments about the projects using clickers.
Follow-Up
Students will present theis projects to the class. After the presentations, students will vote using clicker for the best project.
