1) Student and I will discuss the students she would like to have be part of this video * The number of students she chooses will be noted. It is our hope that this story will increase the number of kids in her circle of friends at the end of this lesson. 2) Student and a peer and I will write a "Script" for our story. Story will have 3 main components: Colors, Numbers 1-10 and 26 letters. Music that teaches these concepts will be included. 3) Student and I will invite the chosen peers to participate in the video shoot. It would seem that all students in the class will get a part! 4) A selected peer will help me to edit the movie and make sure that it makes sense and is appropriate for the Student. * this will not include the targeted student as she will not be able to sustain attention to this portion. 5) Student will then be asked to pre-view the draft of the video to determine if she likes it. Simple editing will be asked of her at this point. 6) we will have a Movie Premier in order to introduce the movie to her peers and family. 7) this video will become a part of her daily learning at school- an intro or warm up activity |
