Access points:
MAFS.K.OA.1.AP.2a: Solve one-step addition and subtraction word problems, and add and subtract within 10 using objects, drawings, or pictures.
MAFS.1.OA.1.AP.1b: Solve addition and subtraction word problems within 20.
MAFS.1.OA.3.AP.6a: Add and subtract within 10, demonstrating fluency for addition and subtraction within 5.
MAFS.2.OA.2.AP.2a: Fluently add and subtract within 10.

Modifications: Extra processing time, student rec. answer questions by pointing, gesturing, pictures, students manipulate digital product, reduced number of stimuli, use visual prompts, give prompts in Spanish.

Read word problem to student.
Have student type correct numbers into question part of equation. Prompt students drag X’s to cross out correct number of pictures.
Prompt student count pictures that are not crossed out.
Prompt student to type answer into answer part of equation.

After student has completed both problems select OneNote Clipping tool and screen snip finish product. Send to student folder, Lesson 16 pg 18.
