TTW show a powerpoint on famous artists' self portraits (5 artist from different 'isms
TSW collaborate in groups to research with technology the distinct painting styles of the artists from the powerpoints: each grou
The groups will present their findings to the class through a video of powerpoint that they create as a group
Individual students will be told to take a selfie of themselves with their devices. The should take it as a portrait
The student will then be given there PBL assessment: They have the choice of selecting an artist that was presented by any group, and recreating the selvie as a portrait painted in the style of that artist.
We as a class will mat the portraits with credit lines an create a student portrait gallery that will by posted on the class blog and also exhibited in real time in the hallway at school.
