Class Description:
This year I am an instructional Coach. This position allows me to impact student learning for each grade by concentrating on the BIG 4: Management, Content, Instruction, and Assessment.

Instructional Coach
Needs:
A major need on our campus is flip cameras, so we can film ourselves teaching. This allows teachers to reflect on their practice to make improvements in their delivery of instruction. They also allow students to create projects of themselves and to critique themselves as well. We would like to have Nooks or virtual books,so students can read all the time.
My Philosophy:
I believe that all children can learn when you show you care. I believe in knowing the individual and to find the positive in all children.

Why Do I Teach?:
I teach because I truly believe that I have a gift from God. I have been blessed by the good Lord to teach children that have a trouble in school. I believe in building relationships with students. This builds a trust so the students will take risks in thier learning. Only when students know that making mistakes gives us a n opportunity to learn will they grow.
