We are a city magnet school that is fed from eleven elementary schools. Our population includes many English learners as well as 'new arrivals', students who recently came to America and speak a multitude of learners.

My Philosophy:
I believe in constructivist education. Students must have the opportunity to identify real life problems and then solve them cooperatively. As educators, we must provide opportunities for them to find, evaluate and exchange information with one another in order to be able to function in our global society. Schools must be able to integrate technology as a part of student learning, rather than merely providing technology training and experiences.
