Why Do I Teach?:
I use technology as a powerful tool for personalizing learning, providing intervention options, and engaging my students in higher level thinking skills; I help my students benefit from the power that technology can bring to learning. Using assessment data to guide my planning and decisions, I identify the best digital resources and technology applications to help my students develop skills, such as reading comprehension and fluency. Students learn with technology because of my instructional expertise and my ability to match students with the tools and resources that help them acquire the skills and foundations needed for their futures. Because of my determination to be a "21st Century Wonder Woman" educator, my students, peers, and learning community depends on me to be an innovative practitioner, selfless colleague, and dedicated teacher. My 21st century students deserve nothing less!
