Class Description:
We have a class full of very students who love to learn and enjoy being engaged in projects. We synergize with one another to create a community within our classroom that allows us to have fun learning! We enjoy taking virtual field trips in order to experience things that we may never have the opportunity to do.
Position:
3rd grade classroom teacher
Needs:
What classroom wouldn't enjoy more technology? We would love to have classroom digital cameras, video cameras, and a few more computers. We would especially like to have a SMARTboard!
My Philosophy:
I believe that learning should be fun, exciting, positive, and most of all an adventure that is never ending! I enjoy doing activities in my classroom that the students will never forget, those moments that when they are my age they will say, "I remember that exciting project/activity when I was in 3rd grade...".

I attended Longwood University in Farmville, Va. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree and my focus was Elementary Education with a minor in Special Education.
