I earned my BA in Anthropology from Nothern Illinois University and my MS in Education from Walden University.

Teaching as a full time teacher for eleven years and still loving it!
Why Do I Teach?:
I enjoy the interaction with the students. At the middle school level, I am not just teaching them about history. I am teaching them about life and how to respond to certain events. I also love that moment when you relate a historical event to the present, which helps explains why we are the way we are today. When they realize that it is all connected. It is very gratifying.
