Class Description:
I teach a class of students who need full academic / behavioral support either in the special education setting or with para-professionalsin the general education classroom.
Position:
Special Ed teacher
Needs:
My classroom needs include software that engage students in the standards that their peers are accessing, but in a format in which they can access and learn. Also, we find that laptops are better in a classroom such as mine, as we (myself and my para-professionals)can engage students in individualized instruction while monitoring the computer work other students are completing.
My Philosophy:
Having high expectations for all learns yields greater results for everyone.
