Class Description:
My classes are Pre K - 8 with a mixture of students with above average abilities with students with several learning disabilities.
Position:
Tech Coord./Comp. Ed. Teacher
Needs:
My classroom is in need of technology upgrades. My lab consists of desktop and laptop competers between 5 and 9 years old running Windows XP (P4s). If we are to continue to remain competitive as an educational institution computer upgrades and additional technologies are needed.
My Philosophy:
My philosophy of education is that each student must be provided the means to achieve their maximum benefit of accomplishment. Students must be provided the knowledge, skills and abilities to become educationally, economically and occupationally self-sufficient. Without the "tools" to provide today's technological skills our students will not be competitive with their peers.
