Why I need this:
The jobs students are preparing for have not even been invented yet and we all know technology is an ever-growing industry. People going into technology tend to be the economically advantaged. My students, in general, are not. They need to have access to technology to build their skills. This teaches basic computer programing along with problem solving and critical thinking. I have tested them out and have already come up with some great plans of how to incorporate them into my social studies and writing courses. |
