My Philosophy:
I understand that each child comes with unique experiences, interests, and learning style. My goal is to truly know each child well and use this knowledge to guide, support, and motivate him/her. I believe that children learn by doing. They should be allowed to discover new things in their own way. I believe that good teaching requires communication, personal reflection, and collaboration. I aim to create an environment that fosters family values and teamwork, where everyone respects and helps each other achieve their goals. I am devoted to enhancing each child’s ability to think critically, work cooperatively, and become increasingly independent.
