Class Description:
I will be teaching a class of 21 students. 70% of my students speak Spanish and come from low income families. The students in my room have a thirst for knowledge and I feel that technology would be a great way to motivate them and encourage them to work towards their goals.

I am in need of 10 iPads. They will be used to help my students with reading, writing, and math.
My Philosophy:
I believe that in order to educate our students they need to have the opportunity to work with technology. This will help prepare them for the future.
Personal Information:
About Me:
I have been teaching for 21 years. I have taught all grades k-6. I love teaching. I like to find ways to motivate them and help them learn how much fun education and learning can be. When I am not at school I am hanging out with my two boys. We love to read together, ride our bikes, and go swimming.
College and Degrees:
I have a bachelors in education and I am working on my masters in English Language Acquisition.
Activities:
I enjoy swimming, reading, riding my bike, playing music, and drawing.
Favorite Books:
I love the Giver series. I also love any book by Robert Munsch.
