Class Description:
I have teach a wonderful group of second graders! The love to learn in a variety of ways! With the recent budget cuts, we have not received any new technology in our classrooms for quite some time. Currently, I have the basic forms of technology in my classroom: 1 teacher computer (over 6 years old), 2 student computers (about 10 years old and one of them is not working) and an overhead machine. The technology I have is just okay and very outdated. I feel like I can't take my students to the next level without some new technology.

Needs:
I would love to have a Smartboard, Visualizer and a digital camera for my classroom. My lessons would be greatly enhanced and so much more fun for students. I would also feel a little more updated.

About Me:
I have been teaching for 13 years. I have taught K-3 grade and I love it. Currently I am teaching Second Grade and it's my favorite grade to teach.
College and Degrees:
Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education from Western Michigan University and a Master's Degree in the Art of Education from Marygrove College.
