Class Description:
I teach gifted elementary students through an inclusion model so much of my time is spent in regular education settings. I offer suggestions to teachers about how to make learning more meaningful and engaging for all learners while challenging those with high academic potential.

I believe in using the latest technology to enhance instruction with meaningful hands-on methods. While books are wonderful resources and an important part of instruction, it is the hands-on interaction with information that builds lasting memories.

Why Do I Teach?:
I wanted to teach from the time I was in 8th grade. I enjoy facilitating learning experiences that lead children to make their own discoveries and sharing in their "Aha" moments.
