Why I need this:
I need calculators for my special education math classrom. My students can not afford to buy their own lunch, therefore they can not spend any money on school supplies such as a much needed calculator. The TI30xs helps students complete functions that are relevant to in class material. With the upcoming park assessment, I am wanting to give them examples to make them more comfortable. Many of my students suffer from anxiety. This makes taking tests a very hard task for many. If I were to receive this gift card I would buy the calculators that are needed for my class to make my students more successful. |
