Class Description:
7th Grade Science is a mixture of general, life and environmental science. It includes many hands-on labs and cooperative learning. 10th Grade Biology incorporates both life and environmental science. Students work in groups on projects much of the time to simulate "real world" experiences.

Needs:
We are in need of laboratory equipment, video cameras, and technology equipment to help foster student learning and bring more "real world " situations to the classroom.
My Philosophy:
All students can learn. It is up to the teacher to find the way for the student to learn. As a teacher, it is necessary for me to help shape the student to be leaders and innovators. These qualities will be beneficial to the students throughout their lives.

I am a mother of 2 children. I enjoy teaching and I feel that my students help me learn as much as I help them. Every day is a new day to improve and learn.

Why Do I Teach?:
I teach because I see the great potential that each student has within. I believe that I can bring out a student's strengths and help minimize weaknesses. I hope to show my students how to succeed in all realms of life.
