I have been teaching with a interactive white board for the past 5 years and have great success with student progress.
My Philosophy:
My classroom is a cooperative nonthreatening learning environment where they do not realize they are learning because there are hands on activities that are fun. Students thrive when technology is available in the classroom and should be touching some form of technology daily.
