This is a separate class for learning disabled sixth and seventh grade students. They take all their core classes with me, but go to general education classes for PE and electives (such as art or band). 11 of the students are Hispanic, three are white non-Hispanic, and one is Asian.

Why Do I Teach?:
I teach a separate special education class for learning disabled sixth and seventh grade students. There are 14 students in my class. In addition, we work on teaching the students the basic skills they'll need to find and hold a job.
