My students come from low socioeconomic homes. Many are from single parent families or in foster care.

My students range from Pre-K to 2nd grade academic levels. To meet all of these diverse levels, tablets would allow me to set up an individual differentiated intervention programs.

About Me:
I'm married and have a grown son. I've been teaching something all of my life. I started out volunteering in elementary classes in high school, taught swimming lessons, preschool and now public school.
College and Degrees:
I currently attend Concordia University Irvine. I am working on my master degree in Administration as well as my administration credential. I received my teaching credential from Cal State Bakersfield and graduated from California State University, Fresno with my bachelors degree in child development.
Activities:
I enjoy watching my nieces and nephew play high school sports. I like to read, sew and swim.
Favorite Books:
My all time favorite is Tuck Everlasting. I've enjoyed the Hunger Games trilogy as well as the Divergent trilogy recently.
