About Me:
I am an energetic third grade teacher currently in my fifth year of teacing third grade.
College and Degrees:
I obtained my BA in American Multicultural Studies from Sonoma State and my multiple subject teaching credential from Sonoma State as well. In addition, I have taken countless professional development courses to better myself as in educator during the five years as an educator.

Why Do I Teach?:
I teach to inspire the future generation of tomorrow. The population of students I work with need to be given the opportunity to enter the real world ready to succeed with the knowledge and life tools to do so. Many of my students have seen things and have knowledge of "adult" world issues and are only 8 and 9 years old; it is rather heartbreaking that they are unable to just be children. I want them to feel safe and secure in my classroom and be able to focus on forming friendships and pursue knowledge while they are here.
