About Me:
I am a Secondary Teacher who started in Mathematics and was quickly drawn into technology. I enjoy the challenge of staying ahead of my students in technology. They ask a ton of questions I have to research to even begin answering.
College and Degrees:
I have a Bachelor's from LSU in Secondary Education. I have also taken additional courses to add Computer Science to my Certifications.
Activities:
I enjoy getting away from technology for hobbies. Hiking, canoeing, backpacking, camping are my favorite retreats.
Favorite Books:
The Bible, Confederacy of Dunces, LOTR Trilogy, Anything by CS Lewis
Interests:
Technology, Video Editing
Employment History:
I worked in IT at a plant during college, then I became a teacher at ST. Amant HS in Louisiana. I was transfered to East Ascension High School 2 yrs ago.
Why Do I Teach?:
I enjoy working with High School students. It is fun to watch the Ah Ha moments.
