Middle school Language Arts and Social Studies, with a bit of skills instruction and tech coordinator thrown in! Like all of you, I wear several hats on any given day.
Position:
Technology/LanguageArts/social studies
Needs:
video cameras and pod casting items. My kids have begun using wikis and putting together so many technology-based projects, the only problem is, is that the students needs are not met by the obsolete technology that we own.
My Philosophy:
Let children know daily, hourly, that you believe in their worth and they will rise to any occasion. If they know that you truly care for and love them, there isn't anything they won't try. Make an attempt to reach every child every day, no matter how small the gesture may be-it makes all the difference.
