Occupational Course of Study-we teach through NCVPS the following courses: English, Math, Science, and History. I also teach the Occupational Prep classes and do all the job placement for my students, including finding the job sites.
Position:
EC Teacher
Needs:
Laptop computers-9 would be awesome. Mine are the old ones that were handed down from the laptop carts once new ones were obtained in our media center. I would love to win the touch screen laptop in order for my student's to be able to use it to clock in and out of work. I think this would be a great life skill that they will be faced with one day in a real job.
My Philosophy:
All they need is love!

Employment History:

Why Do I Teach?:
I teach in the exceptional children's department in a self-contained setting. I teach because I remember as a student in high school how it felt to not always understand how to do things and needing extra help, but was afraid to ask. I love the kids I teach. I have the best kids in the school, even though several have behavior issues.
