Class Description:
Technology Educatation deals with how people manipulate our world to solve problems, meeting real human needs. This course peaks the students desire to explore and be creative. Students will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of technologies through authentic learning activities, written with academic rigor, and relevance to students and the real world. The students take on various roles throught the course. They include students working as designers, builders, engineers, writers, managers and storytellers. Each unit of study engages the students in different activities in a diverse areas of technology.

I teach becuase I believe that no matter what subject I can relate the content to the students in a way that helps them not only learn, but create a extrodinary moment in their education experience that they will take with them for the rest of their lives. It is my job to do what is best for kids in any way that I can.
