Mr. peter I am in the process of flipping my classroom. This has been a major undertaking for me and my students. I feel that this is the future and what is best for my students. One of the problems is tech. barriers. I envision a class set of iPads to help. Feb 19, 2012

Class Information:
Room Number: 119
Students per Class: 140
Class Description:
I am in the process of creating a flipped classroom. My students go home and watch lectures on my website. This gives me more time for one on one assistance. It also allows us to do more project based, authentic learning. My students also create an interactive notebook throughout my class.
Position:
teacher
Needs:
We face many barriers in the technology field. I want to create a room where the are no excuses for failure. I feel that a classroom set of iPads/tablets would give us a huge head start. We also need printers to print assignments. Any assistance that could be given would be greatly appreciated.
My Philosophy:
Failure is not an option. I want to give my students the skills to succeed in a technological workplace. I believe that the American system is based on upward social and economic mobility. I am giving my students the tools and skills to better themselves.
