Class Description:
Students in 1st through 5th grade participate in a parallel curriculum that enriches the regular classroom concepts.

In order to continue to provide students with meaningful real-world experiences they need to be engaged with technology on a regular basis.

About Me:
I have taught in Rose Tree Media School District for 10 years now. I taught 3rd grade for 9 years and am now serving as a gifted support teacher. I
College and Degrees:
I received my B.S. in Elementary Education from Bloomsburg University in 2000 and my M.S. in Educational Leadership from Neumann College in 2004.
Activities:
I have served as Social Studies Coordinator, No Place for Hate Coordinator, a member of the Arcadia Institute Inclusion Team, as well as being the co-chair of our Sunshine Committee for many years now.
Favorite Books:
I enjoy all of Mitch Albom's books.

Why Do I Teach?:
I teach because children are the most precious gift our world has. Having them develop a desire to learn is my role in the classroom.
