Graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary English Education. Currently seeking a Masters of Education degree through Regis University in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment.
Employment History:
Began teaching in Aurora Public Schools in 2008.
Why Do I Teach?:
Have you ever shown someone how to do something? Ride a bike? Use a program? Read a book? There is a unique feeling of accomplishment when I am able to help someone ( a child, an adult, a friend, a stranger) acquire a skill that they would not have otherwise. It might only be a little thing, but each thing we learn changes our lives and experiences forever. I am proud to say that I am apart of that.
