This projector will provide students with visual and audio aides in order to better prepare them prior to community instuction. Also students will be able to present their projects to other students within the class. Due to the the number of teachers and studetns in mulitple locations in the building, having a projector in muliple classroom would be of value. This will help to keep students in small groups for a more effective learning environment.

Class Description:
These courses encompase classroom and community based instruction and learning opportunities for students with mild, moderate and severe cognitivie disabilities. The goal is to better prepare students for life after high school in the areas of independent living, recreation and leisure access, health and government, vocational and educational opportunities. While learning these areas students are also taught social skills. All of this is taught through a variety of mulitmedia both in the classroom and in the community. Students are encouraged to utilize technology to access their community successfully and to build their success with the utilization of technology.
