Class Description:
I teach multidisability students from grades 6-8. I have a strong concentration of Autistic Students in my classroom. My entire focus is getting the students into the community and helping them become productive and independent as they possibly are capable of being. Each year I take my students horseback riding, fishing, canoeing, shopping at the grocery store, and to different restaurants. It is on these trips that we work on money skills and functioning appropriately while in the community.

I teach because i love to work with children. I enjoy the special education population because I truly believe that every individual can make a difference in this world.
