Why Do I Teach?:
I teach literacy and language arts because reading, writing and communication skills can improve the trajectory of student's life. When we read, we vicariously live through through characters gaining wisdom, knowledge and the ability to get the most out of what life has to offer. I teach middle school students because it is such a pivotal time in identity formation and also because they are such an engaging population.
