Class Description:
6th grade Mass Media is a class that introduces students to the world of media through paper, broadcasting, and radio news. 7th grade Media Production class allows students to write, produce, and film the daily school news.
Position:
Media Teacher
Needs:
Technology is constantly changing therefore new and updated tools and software are always needed. Also, as I start my 3rd year with this class my numbers continue to grow and additional equipment is needed to allow all students an opportunity to participate in the lessons.
My Philosophy:
I would like to see all students succeed and feel good about doing something from start to finish through production of some type of medium. It is also important that students are allowed to use technology as it is a growing field in business.
