In both Biology & AP Biology, students are asked to model processes, discuss relevant/current science, and are asked to critically think. The learning is often student-driven, with coaching & support from me (their teacher). They are encouraged to figure things out, just like a scientist would be asked to do.

Ideally, I want my students to become life-long learners, so that they have the interest & curiosity to succeed in whatever they endeavor to do. I hope that they enjoy the journey.
