Room Number: The Art Room!
Students per Class: 20-30
Class Description:
We have 30 classrooms of 20-30 student that circulate through the Art room at 40 minutes per visit, 4 times a month. The large room is well organized with areas to store their projects that are in progress between visits. There is also an area that could be dedicated to digital art.
Position:
Visual Art Teacher
Needs:
Our school has only one digital camera. Many of our students do not enjoy the luxury of technology in their home. It would be great if students could check out cameras and go out to capture images.
My Philosophy:
Each student has something special about them. It is up to teachers to find those things and help students succeed at school and beyond.

I love Art!
College and Degrees:
Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Northern Arizona University in Yuma with an Emphasis in Art History and a focus in Photography.
Interests:
I love to travel and get to know many different cultures.
Employment History:
I am a former Marine who was a theatrical costumer for many years prior to that life changing experience.
Why Do I Teach?:
I hope to positively affect today's youth, tomorrow's leaders.
