Epson PowerLite LCD Projector, $999.95, 0.00% raised
Epson PowerLite LCD Projector
Single Unit Why I need this:
Our school currently has two working projectors. One is on the mobile presentation cart, the other is used most often in the computer lab for guided instruction. Our teachers often miss opportunities to display media when both projectors are already in use.

Class Information:
Room Number: Computer Lab
Class Description:
Our Computer Lab serves 200 students from Preschool to Grade 8, with 22 Dell PCs and flat screen monitors. We also have 2-5 student PCs in each classroom for student use. Our mobile presentation cart is available to all classes.
Needs:
Our current Dell network server is in need of immediate replacement , in order to keep up with the needs of an expanding network and more server-based processes. This upgrade involves the hardware, the software licensing, and tech help for implementation. Our wish list includes air conditioning, 2 laptops, 2 projectors, and a noise canceling microphone.
My Philosophy:
St. Thomas the Apostle School presents an integrated approach to all curriculum so that the students are aware of their own worth and God's plan. This concept is reinforced by interaction among students themselves. At St. Thomas the Apostle School, children can experience learning and living in the light of their faith. An atmosphere is provided in which students acquire and can move beyond the basic skills and experience an excitement about learning that makes it a joy as well as a duty. Our cross-curricular use of technology provides a modern, exciting way for students to learn and grow.
