Needs:
I should just say what I have is a smart board and what ever I can gather to use from opensource android, re-used donated smart phones to regular PC's. What ever gets donated I use to it's fullest potential. I would love to get some tablets android or apple, some digital cameras with or without video.
My Philosophy:
I have worked for St. Patrick School for the past 10 Years as the art teacher for K-8 grades. In class students work with hands on art media while also bringing in different technology. Art and technology goes well together because students have the chance to "play" with technology differently. By using apps for drawing, camera features for photography, e-portfolios and online art gallery projects such as through artsonia.com. Then they can take that knowledge into other curriculum areas.
