Why Do I Teach?:
I teach because I believe that every child deserves to be in a classroom in which each student will know he or she is loved, respected, appreciated and celebrated as an individual learner, and in which each child will feel safe to take risks in their efforts to reach their maximum potential. In my classroom, we all work very hard to create and build a community of learners, who respect each other and believe that we all contribute to each other's learning. I also believe that learning can be fun, so my room is filled with joy and laughter throughout our learning day.
