Class Description:
I teach Technology Applications from Kinders to 5th graders. We start off with mouse skills. So, many of our students do not have computers in their homes that they do not know how to hold a mouse. I teach the students in first through fifth grade word processing, spreadsheets, slide shows, online safety, data bases, graphics design, videos, and how to insert graphics into other programs. I have 25 classes that come through my lab once a week.

I need 15 flip cameras, and 15 still picture cameras and 12 flatbed scanners
My Philosophy:
My vision is to give students the tools they needs to be able to succeed in school and beyond. I believe that every student should be given the chance to suceed to the best of their ability with the best of materialsand attitude that I can give them.
Personal Information:
Why Do I Teach?:
I teach because I want to bring the love of learning to children! I love to see the "light bulb" come on when they finally understand how to create a slide show all by themselves. It great to see the children grow through their technology skills, from running the mouse up the wall because they ran out of room to move it, to being able to create a spreadsheet without any help.
