About Me:
I have been a Special Educator teaching in the Philadelphia Public Schools for the past 32 years and still love it! In fact, I've been at the same school the entire time and am now teaching my babies' babies. I try to create a child-centered learning environment that fosters creative thinking and ensures differentiated instruction. My students and I thank you in advance for any support you might provide.
College and Degrees:
I attended Temple University for both my Graduate and Undergraduate Degrees. I have a Masters of Education in the Psychology of Reading as well as Special Education. My Bachelor's is in Elementary Education. I am also an Inclusionary Specialist and am further certified as a Wilson Reading System Instructor.

Why Do I Teach?:
I love it. I feel I was called to teach. There's never been any other career option for me. I knew I wanted to teach when I was 6 years old.
