Class Description:
I teach all students in the school. I see grades 1-5 once per week and Kindergarten twice per week.
Position:
Computer Lab Teacher
Needs:
We have computers, headphones, a projector, and a Mimio in the lab. We need so much more to truly teach the students about the resources that may available to them as adults. I am seeking flip cams to create movies and video podcasts, headphones with microphones to create audio podcasts, and a Smart board to make the class more interactive.
My Philosophy:
To teach children skills that will help them become productive citizens in society, but to have fun while doing it!

Why Do I Teach?:
I teach because I want to prepare young children to become productive citizens of the society of the future. Technology is the basis of so much of what we do, and teaching them the many uses of technology as well as how to use it properly, I am preparing them to be successful adults.
